Charis Healthcare
Charis Healthcare is a family practice founded by Dr. Joké Solanke, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with approximately two decades of patient care experience in acute, sub-acute, chronic, and long-term care. Joké is a very passionate, hardworking, and enthusiastic person and provider. Her last decade of work with dialysis patients spurred the need to create increased access to preventative healthcare, health promotion, chronic disease management, and community outreach. With diabetes and hypertension as the two major causes of chronic kidney disease (CKD), she believes providing easy access to preventative healthcare, effective management of chronic illnesses, health promotion, and disease prevention can help prevent complications and worsening health.
